Our Team

Life-long Middletown resident, Tom got his start in software. Years of success in sales and management in enterprise global solutions led to an opportunity to stop traveling and spend more time at home with his wife and young sons. Sitting around the house is not for Tom, so in early 2008 he pioneered a contracting company that was true not only to to its values, but to its neighbors. Two River Restoration and Mold Remediation were born. As the remediation business evolved the company added their successful construction division, Two River Builders and Developers. And two years ago, Test-Pure Specialists, the environmental testing division, rounded out the 2 River Group families.

Tom is involved in the overall supervision of projects currently under contract, and the marketing of the firm's general contracting, construction management and channel management services division. He enjoys being involved in the company’s day to day operations and is responsible for the overall performance and success of each project within his charge, and manages the flow of information from the client, design team, and subcontractors while simultaneously accounting for the project budget and schedule, site safety, and quality control issues. A loving family man, Tom and his wife stay busy chasing after their two handsome boys.

Scott was raised in Fair Haven and spent his early professional years working on Wall Street, until the tragic day of 9/11/2001. Following the events of 9/11, he selflessly enlisted in the Army. Nine years of decorated service in the US Army as a Senior Psychological Operations Specialist, Scott was assigned to the most critical and demanding positions and served three tours overseas.

With his outstanding interpersonal skills and network building ability, Scott has accomplished management and leadership experience with a proven track record. He has the ability to foster collaboration between mixed teams to achieve a common goal. Scott is responsible for overseeing all of our residential and commercial remediation projects, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards. He coordinates with our management and our teams, and communicates directly with contractors/designers and customers concerning project staffing, direction and results.

Scott lives in Rumson with his wife and their three beautiful children. He loves to coach football and baseball in town, and is an avid fisherman.
